Tekashi 6ix9ine Has To Continue To Snitch For the Government; Forfeit Drug Profits

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s “extraordinary” cooperation with the government helped the Feds secure plea deals and convictions for all 12 Nine Trey defendants in their sprawling racketeering case against the Bloods set.

For that, 6ix9ine ended up with a 24-month sentence, down from 47 years.

However, his government work won’t end when he gets out of jail, likely in July. As a condition of his deal, a free 6ix9ine is required to continue to aid the U.S. Attorney’s Office in any ongoing investigations where he might be useful.

In addition to the 24-months and five years of supervised release, 6ix9ine has to pay a 35K fine.  On top of that, he is required to pay back the relatively paltry sum of $2,000 that he made brokering a Brooklyn drug deal in the summer of 2018.

The fines should be no problem for 6ix9ine, who signed a new $10 million record deal a few months ago.

However, being a rapper who everyone knows is still feeding the Feds information should make for some interesting reactions.
