Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Manager Shotti Sentenced

Aug 19, 2019 by admin - 0 Comments

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Nine Trey repping manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan has been sentenced to time served for his involvement in a brawl at a high-end Manhattan eatery.

In October of last year, Shotti and his crew showed up at Philippe Chow to celebrate the sweetheart probation-only deal 6ix9ine got in his kid groping case.

They weren’t allowed into the restaurant.  Word was 6ix9ine’s label didn’t want them there.  So Shotti hit a security guard with a chair. The guard then opened fire, striking but not seriously injuring two.

Jordan showed up at the Madison Avenue restaurant to celebrate a sweetheart probation-only sentence that Tekashi scored earlier that day in Manhattan court.

Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, had filmed himself groping a 13-year-old girl as she engaged in sex acts with other men and posted the clip online.

Philippe Chow security wouldn’t admit the rainbow-maned rapper’s crew and a fight broke out. Jordan bashed a chair over the guard’s, head prompting the guard to whip out a licensed pistol and shoot Jordan twice.

Federal prosecutors say that Jordan is a high-ranking member of the violent Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods crew. He’s already copped to more serious charges in Manhattan federal court, where he was indicted alongside Tekashi and two former associates on racketeering and firearms raps.

In that case, Jordan faces a minimum of 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to two firearms charges related to an armed robbery in Manhattan and a non-lethal shooting in Brooklyn. He’s expected to be sentenced next year.

Tekashi, who is reportedly cooperating with federal authorities, copped to nine federal charges in February, including hiring a hitman to kill rival rapper Chief Keef.

Tekashi is expected to testify against fellow Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods members Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack, who are accused of kidnapping and robbing him.

There has also been talk that Shotti  like 6ix9ine  has flipped and is working with the government.

R. Kelly Has An Incurable STD

Aug 18, 2019 by admin - 0 Comments

R. Kelly had been accused by multiple women of knowingly infecting them with an incurable STD, but little became of the allegations. However, the Feds seem to have the receipts that prove the reportedly illiterate R&B crooner has allegedly passed on the Herpes virus to women he had sex with.

According to Bossip, the authorities have all the receipts.

In an Aug. 15 letter to Kelly’s lawyers, Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth Geddes said her office had Kelly’s health and medical records from Walgreens, University Health Systems and Urgent Care, adding weight to the claim that Kelly had knowingly infected at least one woman with the herpes virus.

Kelly’s lawyers have denied that he gave the alleged victim the incurable illness, and contended that the government has “zero evidence” that he did.

Besides Kelly’s medical information, Geddes said the government had receipts for hotel stays, Ubers, bank records for both Kelly and his employees and airline receipts for Kelly and his alleged victims that prove he transported them from state to state.

Kelly pleaded not guilty to the multiple federal charges he is facing, but a judge refused to grant him bail. Recently, R’uh refused to travel, making him miss a scheduled court date.

Three 6 Mafia Back Together

Aug 18, 2019 by admin - 0 Comments

It wasn’t so long ago that DJ Paul was saying nasty things about Juicy J and accusing him of leaving Three 6 Mafia.

It looks like that’s water under the bridge.

Juicy J just jumped on Instagram and announced the Return of Three Six Mafia tour, which will feature original members Juicy, Paul, Crunchy Black, and Gangsta Boo, along with special guests DMX, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Project Pat, Lil Wyte, and La Chat.

So far there’s just a single date in Southaven, Mississippi on October 12. Tickets go on sale August 23, and we expect more dates by then.

JAY-Z To Be Part Owner Of NFL Team

Aug 17, 2019 by admin - 0 Comments

The partnership between JAY-Z, Roc Nation and the NFL has an additional benefit to Hov that we are just learning about.

TMZ is reporting JAY-Z will soon be announced as a co-owner of an NFL team.

What team has yet to be disclosed.

JAY-Z famously owned one and a half percent of the Brooklyn Nets, but sold his share in 2013 because Roc Nation wanted to get into player representation and the NBA had rules against agents owning teams.

NFL has different rules, and the league  doesn’t consider JAY an agent because “he doesn’t take part in the operations of the NFL players in Roc Nation.”

News of JAY becoming a part owner of a NFL franchise comes on the heels of Roc Nation’s partnership with the league. Earlier in the week, JAY held a press conference about the deal with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and fielded questions concerning Colin Kaepernick. “I’m not his boss,” JAY said when asked about the quarterback and if he would be involved with the partnership. “I can’t just bring him into something. That’s for him to say.”

Kodak Black To Plead Guilty On Federal Gun Charges

Aug 16, 2019 by admin - 0 Comments

Kodak Black is set to change his plea in the Federal gun case against him to guilty.

Bossip reports that the 22-year will appear in open court next week for a “change of plea” hearing during which he will admit to lying on two separate applications to buy guns.

He had been facing ten years, three years probation and a $250,000 fine.  So he should be getting something less than all of that for copping.

Although he initially pleaded not guilty, Kodak’s about-face likely means he’s struck some kind of plea deal with federal prosecutors to end the case, though it was unclear Friday. We’ve reached out to Kodak’s lawyer, Bradford Cohen, for comment.

The feds nabbed Kodak – who has changed his legal name to Bill K. Kapri – back in May at the Rolling Loud Festival, moments before he was set to take the stage. They raided his tour bus, and he’s been held without bail ever since.

Kodak’s current charge of making false statements in connection with the acquisition of a firearm carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, three years of parole and up to $250,000 in fines.

Besides the gun charges case, the prosecutor in his South Carolina rape case asked a judge to revoke his $100,000 bond because of his repeated arrests. A high school girl accused Kodak of sexually assaulting her following a concert in Columbia in 2016. The judge in the rape case has yet to rule on the prosecutor’s request.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Accused Of Staging Kidnapping

Aug 16, 2019 by admin - 0 Comments

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s co-defendants aren’t going down without a fight.

Another day, another new development in Tekashi 6ix9ine’s federal case. Earlier this week, we reported one of the co-defendants was sentenced to 62-months in jail for his involvement in an armed robbery last year. Many of the defendants chose to cop deals in the case instead of moving forward with the trial except for two of them.

Anthony “Harv” Ellison is accused of carrying out the kidnapping of 6ix9ine that occurred in 2018. Ellison is allegedly responsible for kidnapping, assaulting, and robbing the rapper for a bunch of jewelry. But his lawyer doesn’t actually buy it.

“No robbery or kidnapping or assault happened,” Deveraux Cannick told reporters outside of the courtroom, according to Complex. “It didn’t happen. He had an event that made it look like a robbery or kidnapping.”

New court documents revealed that the incident was caught on surveillance footage which Cannick believes will ultimately work out in their favor during the trial. “They’re saying the car [where the kidnapping allegedly occurred] was wired by the government,” he added. “We believe that’s going to be very helpful to the defense.”

Cannick claims that the whole incident was essentially staged in order to promote 6ix9ine’s album which isn’t unrealistic. After documents revealed that 6ix9ine put money on Ellison’s head, Cannick also said that it was just for show. He has the resources, and apparently he had access to individuals who would carry it out,” he said. “You have to wonder whether or not it was real.”

The rapper is a cooperating witness as the case against two of his former Nine Trey affiliates proceeds to trial next month (a number of others charged in the case have already pleaded guilty). On July 22 of last year, 6ix9ine was reportedly abducted, forced into a car, assaulted, and robbed of hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of jewelry.

At Friday’s hearing, Ellison was charged with a new crime: a slashing that took place on October 24, 2018 in the Brooklyn housing project colloquially known as “Smurf Village.” The attack, Assistant United States Attorney Michael Longyear contended, was “related to a leadership dispute among members of Nine Trey.” Cannick is attempting to keep a photograph of the victim, who was slashed across the face, out of the trial.

At the hearing, it became clear that the remaining defendant in the case besides Ellison, Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack, would not be pleading out. His counsel agreed with the judge that it was “fairly certain” Mack would join Ellison at trial. The trial’s start date was delayed a week so that Cannick can investigate the October slashing incident. It will now begin on September 16.

KODAK BLACK APOLOGIZES TO YUNG MIAMI

Aug 11, 2019 by admin - 0 Comments

Kodak Black is showing remorse after he threatened to hit Yung Miami.

The “ZEZE” rapper, who is in jail on weapons charges, rapped about punching the pregnant City Girls rapper in the stomach on a recent freestyle that he recorded in jail.

“I bought Yung Miami a ring, she wanted 808’s baby,” he rapped in the clip, which he shared on Instagram. “When I see her I’ma hit that bitch in her stomach / The way I keep this shit too real / They say I’m fuckin’ up my money.”

Now Kodak is backing off his “petty” remarks. Taking to Twitter on Saturday (Aug. 10), he issued an apology of sorts. “#YungMiami Gimmicks Are For Suckas, As I Sit Back I Realize How Petty That Move Was And As A Man It’s Certain Things We Refrain From,” he tweeted.

He also apologized to the father of Miami’s unborn child, Southside of production duo 808 Mafia. “@sizzle808MAFIA Ain’t No Smoke Wit You Bra Fuck That Lame Shit I Pray Y’all Have A Healthy Baby And Live A Prosperous Life,” he said, adding, “Besides Bitch We Got More Hits To Make.”

Yung Miami, who announced her pregnancy in June, starred in Kodak’s video for “Christmas in Miami,” during which he proposed to her with a Ring Pop.

Following Kodak’s violent freestyle, her boyfriend Southside fired back on Instagram Stories. “Somebody tell Kodak suck a dick,” wrote the Atlanta beatmaker. “How ’bout that? And get up out of jail first, pussy.”

Yung Miami also weighed in. After a commenter dissed her and Southside on Instagram (“Kodak dusted u lil mama now this 808 ni**a big mad”), she responded, “Poor ass nigga Kodak ain’t dust shit!”

Kodak remains behind bars after being arrested on weapons charges for allegedly making false statements on gun applications. He was denied bond and will remain in a Florida jail cell at least until September when his trial gets underway.

Last week, Yung Miami was targeted during a drive-by shooting in Miami. The pregnant rapper was riding in her Mercedes G-Wagon when shots were fired at the vehicle, but she was not hit.

Bobby Shmurda Counted Down His Sentence On His 25th Birthday

Aug 07, 2019 by admin - 0 Comments

Bobby Shmurda will be out in fifteen months.

Three days ago, Bobby Shmurda celebrated his twenty-fifth birthday from behind bars. The New York City-based rapper was sentenced to seven years in prison after he took a longer deal to help out Rowdy Rebel, who was facing twelve years. We’ve received several updates regarding the GS9 crew, including some from Fetty Luciano who became the first member of the squad to earn his freedom and get back in the rap game. Now that he’s a quarter-century old, Bobby Shmurda reflected on his life and counted down the months until he can give his mother a big hug, updating his social pages.

The only official page for the “Hot Nigga” rapper uploaded some shots of the incarcerated artist, who has started counting down the months until he can go back home. “THANK U FOR ALL SHMONEY LUV,” wrote the rapper’s representatives on his page. “ALL THE
C-DAY S/O TY MOMMA SHMURDA U NEVER 2 FAR A NIGGA SEEING 25 IS A MAJOR DEAL I JUST WANNA 8E HOME TO GIVE U THAT. 15 MONTHS AND COUNTING DOWN THE FAM PULLED UP ON THE KID.”

See some new pictures of Bobby below, where he’s oddly rocking some Jordan 1’s on his feet. Happy birthday, Bobby! We can’t wait ’til you’re back home.

Cardi B’s Ex-Manager Asks Judge To Not Seal Video of Singer in $30 Million Battle

Aug 07, 2019 by admin - 0 Comments

Cardi B’s former manager is asking a judge to not treat the singer different because of her fame, and wants her attempt to seal a videotape denied.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Cardi’s former manager Shaft is pleading with a judge shut down the singer in their $30 million battle.

Cardi recently went to court pleading for a protective order for her upcoming videotaped deposition in the case. Shaft will be deposing the singer and asking her about a variety of things. Cardi believes she will be asked about her finances and private conversations with husband Offset. She pleaded with the judge to order the videotape sealed and not released to the media or public.

In newly filed docs, Shaft says Cardi’s request is nonsense since her deposition hasn’t even taken place.

Shaft then trashes Cardi’s motion arguing, Defendant shares a multitude of information with the media that many people would consider personal. Without questioning the sincerity of defense counsel’s concern that his own designations will “detract from Plaintiffs’ opportunity to question Ms. Almanzar”, we dispute the implication that a preemptive blanket designation is the appropriate solution.”

He adds, “Defendant may be famous, but that does not in itself entitle her to dictate that her privacy interests are greater than those of other litigants.” Shaft is asking the judge to not grant Cardi’s motion.
