Tekashi 6ix9ine Speaks on The Street Code And Why Exactly He Decided to Snitch

Tekashi 6ix9ine Speaks on The Street Code And Why Exactly He Decided to Snitch

In Tekashi 6ix9ine’s new track “Gooba”, he makes it clear that he’s not running from his past as a snitch, and in fact is willing to stunt how rich it made him.

After dropping the track, 6ix9ine got on Live.  With a record-breaking two million watching he broke down exactly why he snitched.

“If there’s a street code, and there’s so-called disloyalty and snitching and all that, I get it.  But where was the loyalty when you was sleeping with my baby mother? Where was the loyalty when you was caught on the wiretrap trying to kill me? Where was the loyalty when you tried to kidnap my mother?  Where was the loyalty when you was stealing millions of dollars from me … So who broke it first?  I get it.  Don’t fight fire with fire.   I’m sorry.  But what did I do wrong … be loyal to n*ggas that beat the sh*t out of me on video?  I’m supposed to loyal to that … Y’all understand why I snitched but y’all don’t want to understand,” 6ix9ine said, and explained how he paid for the Nine Treys childrens’ schooling, among other things.

“When I met son he was sleeping on the rug.  I gave him money.  Look, I’m a rainbow-haired Mexican kid and I rap.  I’m not about that gang sh*t,” 6ix9ine admitted.

He did acknowledge that he understood the anger directed at him.  Albeit in a trolly way.

“If a rat came home and did more numbers than me, I would be mad too,” he said. “I would. I promise you I would be mad. You have ever reason to be mad. No matter how dirt you throw on my name and I seen everything — everyone want to be quiet now. For two years, y’all made fun of me … I still came home and I’m a legend at the age of 24 years old because I came home and rat is doing more numbers than you.”

50 Cent Expresses Regret Over How Lloyd Banks & Tony Yayo’s Careers Played Out

50 Cent Expresses Regret Over How Lloyd Banks & Tony Yayo’s Careers Played Out

In 50 Cent’s book “Hustle Hard, Hustle Smarter,” he spoke about why Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo never were able to amass the same amount of success as himself.

In an effort to continue his world domination, 50 Cent has released a memoir-ish book, Hustle Harder, Hustle Smarter. The media mogul shares stories of his rise to fame and his ability to go from running the streets to owning multiple businesses, having a successful rap career, and elevating a media company that has produced a number of hit shows. Also inside of Hustle Harder, Hustle Smarter, Fif speaks on his days with G-Unit—specifically, Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo’s inability to reach the same levels of success that he was able to attain.

“I always felt that if I had maybe done a better job teaching Banks and Yayo how to evolve and change their habits, they each would be in better places right now,” 50 Cent shares in his book. He felt that as the leader of G-Unit, he should have been a better guide. “While I was out hustling (I actually hustled with his father), Banks was more content staying on his porch and watching the world from there. Banks wanted things to come to him, as opposed to going out and getting them for himself. That’s not me trying to assassinate his character—the guy has ‘Lazy Lloyd‘ tattooed on his arm. He literally wears his laziness on his sleeve.”

Fif went on to say that he did try to get Lloyd Banks to adapt to the changing times, especially as social media advanced, but it didn’t work. “To me, one answer was to change how he interacted with the culture,” the rapper reportedly wrote. “That’s why years ago I told Banks to film a video of his life and post it on YouTube. Introduce people to his lifestyle. Let the camera follow him around for a while and see how he moves. Maybe something he says or does will create a spark, go viral, and then he’ll have some heat around him again.”

When that didn’t work, 50 Cent attempted to get Banks to be more active on Instagram, especially because he could be “a little awkward in person.” Banks wasn’t having it. It was then that Fif decided he didn’t want to invest in Banks anymore. “Age isn’t about what year you were born—it’s about how you approach the year you’re in right now. If you’re open to new experiences, willing to take chances, and curious about new topics, you’re young. Period.”

Tony Yayo, on the other hand, was allegedly still caught in operating by the code of the streets. “If I got into a disagreement with another artist, Yayo’s reaction was ‘Let’s just bang ’em,’ because that would have been his response back in the neighborhood. If we got $100,000 for a series of club appearances, Yayo wasn’t thinking about putting it in the bank. His first thought would be ‘Hey, this could get us three and a half kilos of cocaine. Let’s flip those, and we’ll be sitting on some real money.'”

That wasn’t how Fif wanted to do business, and ultimately, things began to fall apart. He also added that the things he’d written about were all issues that he’d spoken with his cohorts about, so he isn’t saying anything they haven’t already heard.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Sets His Musical Return

Tekashi 6ix9ine has been hard at work on his music since getting out of prison early for COVID.

6ix9ine has hinted at his return to the rap scene after being released from prison early on home confinement due to the spreading of the coronavirus.

On Wednesday afternoon (April 29), the Brooklyn rapper hopped on Instagram and teased that he’ll be back next week. “You ready?,” he wrote, including an emoji with the tongue sticking out. “May 8th.”

The social media posts come one week after Tekashi, who has also removed everyone he follows on Instagram, requested permission from a judge to film a music video outside of his home. According to court documents obtained by XXL, the rapper has received approval to work within the confines of his home.

The order, which was signed by Judge Paul Engelmayer on April 29, states that 6ix9ine is “permitted to conduct employment-related activities outside the residence but within the confines of the rented property for two (2) hours per week on one (1) specific day that needs advanced approval by the Probation Officer.”

Tekashi is also allowed to work in the basement of his home, but due to his GPS tracking device, he has been limited to no more than eight hours a day with a schedule that will be determined by the releasee and approved by his probation officer.

6ix9ine, who also celebrates his 24th birthday on May 8, was freed from prison on April 2 after being granted a compassionate release amid coronavirus concerns. Due to the rapper’s medical condition, his asthma would have put him at risk, thus making it difficult for him to fight the virus if he were to contract the illness while behind bars.

Following his release from prison, Tekashi was granted permission to record music and return to social media.

6ix9ine New Music Preview Leaks

An unreleased song preview from Tekashi 6ix9ine, titled “Bently,” surfaced online this weekend.

Tekashi 6ix9ine has only been out of prison for a few weeks but, already, he’s focused on getting back to his old status as the self-proclaimed King of New York. His legal team has revealed that he is currently working on two albums simultaneously — one English and one Spanish — and the first snippet of new music has officially arrived via a leak.It is unclear how this got in the hands of somebody else, or if this is even recent, but an unreleased song by Tekashi 6ix9ine has appeared online in ten-second format. Still, fans will get a good idea of what’s to come from the boisterous Brooklynite.Keeping his flow intact and yelling into the microphone, 6ix9ine appears to be reigniting the same formula that got him so many Billboard hits before he was known nationwide as a government informant. The song, titled “Bently,” is rumored to be featured on 6ix9ine’s upcoming album, which will be released through 10K Projects. This sounds like it could have been a left-over from Dummy Boy but it is being reported as a new recording on social media. 6ix9ine has not commented on the nature of the leak or when/if it will be released yet.

Kenneth Petty Doesn’t Want His Federal Trial Delayed Because Of COVID-19

Kenneth Petty Doesn’t Want His Federal Trial Delayed Because Of COVID-19

While the Judge wants to delay Kenneth Petty’s trial out in Los Angeles, Petty isn’t down.

Nicki Minaj brought her hubby Kenneth Petty out to Los Angeles with her, but upon his arrival, the New York native failed to register as a sex offender, which put him in hot water with the law once again. This stems back to a 1995 arrest, when Petty allegedly attempted to rape a 16-year old girl in New York. He was in L.A. for six months before the feds caught up with him and realized his lapse, hitting him with a felony charge.Petty was arrested, and along with his result a few rules were put into the place– he was to wear an ankle monitor, he was not allowed on the internet (which, eventually, he managed to overturn), and he had a curfew.

He might be able to use the internet and his cellphone now, but he still has a trial under his belt for failing to register as a sex offender in the first place. Apparently, Petty wants to get the trial under way as soon as possible, but the judge is thinking otherwise.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office filed paperwork yesterday which asks to delay Petty’s trial for six weeks, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The trial was scheduled to begin today, April 28th. They reportedly acknowledged within the paperwork that Petty was against the delay of the trial.

Still, they say it would prove to difficult to keep the trial as planned, because they cannot guarantee that the jurors would be able to social distance, and there is a particular witness that would need to travel from New York to California as well.

The judge has yet to make a decision on the U.S. Attorney’s Office request to delay the trial. If he is convicted in this case, he faces up to ten years behind bars.

Scarface reveals he has kidney failure following coronavirus diagnosis

Scarface is experiencing serious health issues resulting from his COVID-19 diagnosis last month.

The 49-year-old Houston rap legend, born Brad Terrence Jordan, has revealed he’s currently on dialysis due to kidney failure which he attributes to his recent coronavirus battle.

During a Zoom chat with his former Geto Boys cohort, Scarface gave a health update, saying he’s “glad to be alive” after getting out of the hospital April 20 — showing his dialysis report.

“I fought the COVID double bilateral pneumonia in both lungs and kidney failure in my house,” the hip-hop trailblazer detailed in the beginning of the video, which was uploaded two days later.

“I gotta change my entire diet,” Scarface shared. “I gotta do dialysis four times a week, three hours a day. That’s taking all of my blood out, cleaning it, and putting it back in my body. Before the COVID, I never had kidney problems before.”
The “Mind Playing Tricks on Me” lyricist also described some of the symptoms while fighting the virus, which was diagnosed March 26: “I couldn’t keep food down, I couldn’t get comfortable, I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t stay woke, I could not breathe. It was the worst time of my life.”

“Hanging on that string of death makes you really appreciate life. I was inches away from death,” the former Def Jam South artist said, explaining that he didn’t want to be on a ventilator at a “quarantined hospital” alone, as opposed to being at home.

Scarface, who ran for Houston City Council last fall, optimistically closed the video by playing his guitar and mentioning future endeavors, such as a Geto Boys podcast and a grand finale tour.

He also talked about the virus’ impact on black communities, warning states like Georgia and Texas about reopening too early.

Jamal Murray Posts Video Of Him Getting Top On Instagram; Tries To Claim Hack

When Nuggets fans saw Jamal Murray trending on Twitter, they probably figured he tested positive for Coronavirus.

The truth is much more humorous. Instead, the point guard had posted a video of him getting head.  (You can find it elsewhere if you’re into such things.)

The NBA season is on full lockdown and basketball stars are finding new and interesting ways to keep themselves entertained. Lebron James is posting dance videos with his familyGiannis Antetokounmpo is testing out his guitar skills and Steph Curry is proving once and for all that he is a freak of nature. But sadly for Denver Nuggets’ point guard Jamal Murray, the social distancing period has been far more social than he would like. The 23-year-old has been forced to apologise to fans after an x-rated video of him and girlfriend Harper Hempel was aired on Instagram to his more than 464,000 followers.

According to Jamal Murray, the post was the result of a hacked account. He took to Twitter to apologise for the incident, revealing he was currently working on the situation

After the video hit the public, a string of strange posts appeared on Murray’s page.  Then he deleted everything and claimed hack.
