Wack 100 Says Eric Holder Killing Nipsey Hussle Was The Proper Street Move

Wack 100 can allegedly be heard speaking ill of Nipsey Hussle following his death.

One of the most heartbreaking moments this year occurred when Los Angeles legend Nipsey Hussle was murdered in broad daylight, being fatally shot in front of his store. His legacy continues to impact everybody around us in the hip-hop community and as a whole, we will never forget about the amazing things he did for his community. The man accused of pulling the trigger on Nip, Eric Holder, is currently awaiting his trial and for weeks, there have been rumors regarding Wack 100’s views on the situation. If you follow the right people on social media, you’ll have noticed that people are claiming to have obtained leaked audio of Wack, who is associated with The Game and Blueface, praising Holder for keeping to the street code. It appears as though that audio is now available.

The tape has finally been released. On it, the West Coast Cash Money boss explains that Nipsey Hussle overstepped his position when he leveled the rat accusation against Holder and argued Holder responded the way gangbangers are supposed to.

“It’s a harsh reality, but when you stepping out of civilization into the jungle of gangbanging. Sh*tty Cuz, the alleged gunman Sh*tty Cuz, when it comes to the rules of engagement of gangbanging, he did what he was supposed to do.  When another gangbanger calls you a faggot, a pedophile or a snitch you supposed to handle your business. Now, are some people saddened that it happened to who it happened to? Probably so. I’m gonna call a spade a spade,” Wack said. “You playing football, you better show up with a helmet. You think I go right now to the hood I go up to all the old Mfers and I’m cool?”

As reported by Hip-Hop Lately, there is a clip making the rounds that allegedly shows Wack 100 speaking ill on Nipsey Hussle following his death. The leaked audio is quite troubling to hear but it is not yet confirmed to have been Wack on record. That’s still just a rumor. “Shitty Cuz, the alleged gunman, when it comes to the rules of engagement of gangbanging, he did what he was supposed to do when another gangbanger calls you a f****t, a pedophile, or a snitch,” allegedly says Wack. “You supposed to handle your business. And can’t nobody say that’s wrong.”

Wack 100 has not yet commented on the rumored audio leak.

Boss Mel Murda & The Nine Trey Who Renounced Gang May Be Sent to Same Prison

Boss Mel Murda & The Nine Trey Who Renounced Gang May Be Sent to Same Prison

Despite his pleas for mercy, Tr3yway boss Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones was sentenced to 135 months in jail for his involvement in the RICO case made famous by Tekashi 6ix9ine.

Roland “Ro Murda” Martin only got 60 months. That’s because he’s a former Nine Trey member, having renounced the set in May in front of other Tr3yways at the Metropolitan Detention Center.

The scorned Bloods stabbed Ro nine times for his treachery. He suffered two collapsed lungs and a lacerated liver in the attack, and then almost died while being transferred to the hospital because somebody forgot to bring along an oxygen tank.

Judge Englemayer took that all into account when he gave Ro his reduced sentence.

But that reduced sentence could still end up being a death sentence.

Engelmayer ordered Ro Murda to be housed at one of two prisons, FCI Fort Dix or FCI Fairton.

Mel Murda will also be sent to one of those two prisons and so will some of the other ten Nine Treys who either took pleas or were found guilty.

No word on whether Ro gets some kind of protective custody.

YoungBoy Never Broke Again Earns First No. 1 Album On Billboard 200

YoungBoy Never Broke Again Earns First No. 1 Album On Billboard 200

Rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again scores his first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart, as AI YoungBoy 2 debuts atop the list.

The set, which was released on Oct. 11 via Never Broke Again/Atlantic Records, starts with 110,000 equivalent album units earned in the U.S. in the week ending Oct. 17, according to Nielsen Music. Of that sum, just 3,000 were in album sales, while the rest was overwhelmingly powered by streaming activity.

Elsewhere in the top 10, rappers Lil Tjay and Wale also arrive, as the former’s True 2 Myself starts at No. 5, while the latter’s Wow… That’s Crazy launches at No. 7.

The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on multi-metric consumption as measured in equivalent album units. Units are comprised of traditional album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). The new Oct. 26-dated chart, where AI YoungBoy 2 bows at No. 1, will be posted in full on Billboard‘s websites on Oct. 22.

The new 18-track album starts with 110,000 equivalent album units earned, and of that figure, only 3,000 were from album sales. 1,000 were in TEA units, while 106,000 were in SEA units. The latter figure equates to 144.7 million on-demand audio streams earned for the album’s tracks in its first week.

AI YoungBoy 2 is the 12th chart entry on the Billboard 200 for the Baton Rouge, La. artist, who has visited the top 10 once before, with 2018’s Until Death Call My Name (No. 7, May 12, 2018). In 2018 alone, eight YoungBoy projects bowed on the chart. The new album is the sequel to 2017’s AI YoungBoy, which debuted and peaked at No. 24 (Aug. 26, 2017).

AI YoungBoy 2 is the 20-year-old rapper’s first album after being released from prison in August. (The rapper turned 20 today, Oct. 20.) The set was preceded by the song “Self Control,” which reached the top 30 of the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

At No. 2, Post Malone’s former No. 1 Hollywood’s Bleeding climbs one rung with 99,000 equivalent album units (though down 8%). Summer Walker’s Over It slips 2-3 in its second week with 78,000 units (down 42%) and DaBaby’s former leader Kirk is steady at No. 4 with 55,000 units (down 26%).

Lil Tjay’s debut album True 2 Myself bows at No. 5 with 45,000 equivalent album units earned (1,000 in album sales). The 17-track project features the top 30-charting Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs hit “F.N.” The 18-year-old first made waves on Billboard’s charts thanks to his featured turn on Polo G’s “Pop Out” earlier this year. The track reached No. 7 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs (June 22).

Taylor Swift’s former No. 1 Lover falls one slot to No. 6 in its eighth week on the chart, with 44,000 equivalent album units earned (down 13%).

Wale’s sixth studio album, Wow… That’s Crazy, launches at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 with 38,000 equivalent album units (5,000 in album sales). Wow marks Wale’s fourth top 10 effort, following The Album About Nothing (No. 1 in 2015), The Gifted (No. 1, 2013) and Ambition (No. 2, 2011).

Rounding out the new top 10 are a trio of former No. 1s: Billie Eilish’s When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We All Go? (7-8 with 34,000 equivalent album units; down 10%), Chris Brown’s Indigo (6-9 with 33,000 units; down 16%) and Young Thug’s So Much Fun (holding at No. 10 with nearly 33,000 units; down 8%).

Watch PnB Rock & His Goons Viciously Attack Men In Neiman Marcus

PnB Rock and his team reportedly got into a serious fight.

According to TMZ, the incident took place at the King of Prussia Mall which is located in a suburb of Philadelphia. Eyewitnesses say that PnB and his associates were the aggressors, and allegedly went to the mall with the sole purpose of fighting the opposing group. When they found their intended targets shopping inside Neiman Marcus, PnB and around five other people reportedly attacked the three men. They then allegedly exited the mall once the fight was over.

The entire altercation was caught on camera and the footage was obtained by TMZ. Per the outlet’s sources, the men ran into the mall’s main shopping area after the fight in an effort to alert security. The King of Prussia security division has not commented on the situation. However, the Upper Merion Township Police tell TMZ that they have not been notified of a fight in Neiman Marcus and no official complaint has been filed.

The fight appears to have taken place the same day PnB Rock was hanging around his old neighborhood. On Saturday, the artist celebrated returning to his hometown by going to the projects and recording himself hanging out with friends. These associates appear to have been in the mall with Rock during the attack, as they are wearing the same clothes from PnB’s videos.

The Game Loses Appeal; Has To Pay Priscilla Rainey All Of His Royalties & More

The Game Loses Appeal; Has To Pay Priscilla Rainey All Of His Royalties & More

In 2015, Priscilla Rainey sued The Game for $10 million for sexually assaulting her on his VH1 reality show She’s Got Game.

Game pulled a Birdman and never showed up in court to fight the charges, so a judge awarded her $7.1 million.

Since then, he has tried to avoid paying her while appealing the case.

That jig appears to be up.

The Game appealled the initial ruling for Rainey on three grounds. First, he challenged the judge rejecting his motion to reschedule the trial. Second, he challenged the judge’s missing-witness instruction. That’s when the jury is told to assume that if a witness is missing (in this case, Game not showing up to testify on his own behalf) it’s because the defense thought the witness’s testimony would hurt their case. Third, Game appealed the judge’s decision to allow a video from She’s Got Game that showed Game and Rainey having a verbal confrontation, claiming it was prejudicial.

The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit recently rejected all of those appeals and affirmed the Northern District of Illinois’ decision not to grant Game a re-trial.

This means that Rainey is now entitled to all of Game’s commissions, royalties, contract receivables, deferred compensation, income, wages, payroll, salary, and accounts receivable until she gets her money.

Game has an album Born 2 Rap coming soon so she can start working on that.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Just Signed A Massive New Record Deal

Tekashi 6ix9ine has inked a new deal with his old lable, 10K Projects, while awaiting sentencing on racketeering and gun charges.

Tekashi 6ix9ine has signed a new record deal with his old label 10K Projects. The rapper is currently awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to racketeering and firearms charges, and previously plead guilty to child-sex charges.

Rolling Stone has learned that the label signed the rapper to a two-album deal, one album in English and the other in Spanish. It’s unclear how much of the albums will pull from prerecorded material versus newly recorded work.

A representative for 10K Projects did not immediately return Rolling Stone’s request for comment.

6ix9ine first signed with 10K Projects — which is run by Elliot Grainge, the son of Universal Music Group CEO Lucian Grainge — in 2017 after he featured on Trippie Redd’s viral hit “Poles1469.” In 2018, 6ix9ine released two projects, his debut mixtape, Day69, which featured his breakout smash “Gummo,” and his first studio album, Dummy Boy.

While 6ix9ine boasts a massive and devoted fan base online, the decision to record an album entirely in Spanish reflects the rapper’s popularity among Latin audiences. 6ix9ine has recorded just two songs in Spanish, “Bebe” and “Mala,” but the former has more than 900 million views on Youtube.

Despite re-upping with 10K Projects, it’s unclear when 6ix9ine will be able to record and release new music. He’s been in custody since his arrest last November and won’t be sentenced until December 18th (per Pitchfork).

While 6ix9ine was originally facing a mandatory minimum of 47 years, it’s possible the judge will reduce his sentence after he cooperated with the prosecution and testified at the trial of two former associates and purported members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods (both were found guilty).

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Sentencing Date Set

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Sentencing Date Set

Tekashi 6ix9ine will learn his fate on December 18.

ttt, a New York City lawyer who’s tight with 6ix9ine’s attorney Lance Lazarro and has been closely following the case, has revealed that Lazarro was able to successfully petition judge  Paul Engelmayer to move the date of 6ix9ine’s sentencing from January 24, 2020 to Dec. 18 of this year.

“6ix9ine’s sentencing has been set for December 18 at 10 AM in the Southern District of New York. About two weeks prior to that look for the government to issue their sentencing recommendation where they will most likely recommend time served. Thus far, Judge Engelmayer has given a sentence to all of the defendants somewhere between what the government has recommended and what the defense has recommended. It this case, the government and the defense will both probably recommend time served. I fully expect 6ix9ine to get time served he’ll probably get out later that day,” Gangat said.

6ix9ine testified against his former Tr3way Blood brothers Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison for three information-filled days last month. Mack and Ellison were each found guilty of most charges, increasing the chances the government will let Tekashi walk for his expert cooperation.

He had been facing 47 years before he flipped the day after he was arrested.

Mel Murda Begs Judge For Mercy After Tekashi 6ix9ine Testimony

Mel Murda Begs Judge For Mercy After Tekashi 6ix9ine Testimony

During his testimony in the trial of Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison, Tekashi 6ix9ine confirmed that Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones was the head of the Nine Treys.

Mel was among the Tr3yways who pleaded guilty to the Federal charges against him rather than face trial. Following the convictions of Anthony and Ellison and the revelations during their proceedings, Mel’s lawyer Scott Leemon requested that Mel’s Judge Paul Engelmayer still honor Federal sentencing guidelines and give his client 78 months in prison.

Mel Murda was once a rapper known as Mel Matrix. After getting out of prison in 2005, he signed with fellow Nine Trey Jim Jones’s Byrd Gang.

According To Leemon, Mel’s association with Jones led him to fall back into bad habits.

“Although music provided Jamel with a legitimate means of supporting himself, it also kept him in contact with elements of New York City’s gang culture. It was this continued association with gang members that led to his conviction in this case,” Leemon said.

Mel also made a direct appeal to Judge Engelmayer for leniency:

I hope this letter reaches you and you are in good health and spirits. As for me, I am just sitting at MDC thinking about a lot of poor choices I’ve made in life.

When I think back, a lot of my issues started when I was a young kid just trying to belong.

Coming up as a kid, I did not really have a positive role model in my life.

I found myself as a very angry teenager because of the things I experienced and the things I saw at home behind closed doors.

I took to the streets heavy at the age of fourteen. A lot of my friends suffered the same way I did, or worse, so we became each other’s comfort blankets.

The older guys in my neighborhood that embraced us were thugs off the corner and they were involved in illegal activities like drugs and violence.

But at least they seemed to care about our well being. Or so we thought at the time. In reality, I can see now, that they were really just molding us to become young criminals because they knew we really had nobody and we were gullible young kids looking to fit in and to find father figures.

We looked to these guys for the love we were missing. That is when the United Blood Nation came into my life at fifteen years of age. Between my anger and loyalty to the game, I made a lot of bad decisions trying not to let the gang down.

By the time I was eighteen going on nineteen years old, my childhood sweetheart, Dawn Gillespie, gave birth to my beautiful daughter That’s when I realized I wanted more for myself, my child, and for my heart: Dawn. But the streets still had a hold on me.

I was at war in my own head. I wanted to fall back from the gang life and do the right thing by my family, but I felt like I was somehow being wrong to my gang family, because at that point, I really believed they had been there for me when I had no one.

What I did was try to distance myself as much as possible. I started working in the music industry. I got signed to Diplomat Records when I was twenty-four years old and things were looking up for me. I found myself staying away from negativity but I was becoming very popular and with that life came a lot of envy, money, and women.

This all caused me to lose Dawn because of my own cheating and inability to be home because of the demands of touring and life in the industry.

I found myself become depressed and falling back on my old ways, going back to the streetsbbecause I was not happy. I had lost my earlier life even though I now had money and fame. I felt like something was missing. A lot of dormant anger from my childhood came back to the surface.

When I tried to return to the game, they were mostly only concerned with my present reputation and what I could do for them financially, and it was at that point that I realized that their love was never genuine. They gave me a position of authority because of who I was and my age.

During that time, in my mind, I decided that I was done with the streets but I still tried to keep ties with some of the guys I knew from the gang.

I know that was where I went wrong. My real family, I now realized, was my mother, Dawn, my aunts, and my brother. I got back together with Dawn and she gave me a baby boy named – my pride and joy. I realized I have to break the cycle because I don’t want my son or daughter going through what I did.

I want the best for them.

I know I should have woken up and realized this earlier, especially when I was shot five times and my loved ones almost lost me. Now I find myself caught up in this case and this is the first time I’m in real serious trouble.

But, I can promise you that it will be my last. I am not a part of the violence in my case, and this federal arrest has been a real wake-up call for me.

I sincerely apologize for all my actions and I take full responsibility. I ask for leniency and a second chance to return to my children as soon as possible. I want to return to my family and right all my wrongs so I can be there for them. They need me and I definitely need them.

It is a must that I break the cycle.

It is killing me that I’m not there for my children and my loved ones. I am completely done with the streets. I plan to change my environment, as well as the company that I keep.

To me, right now, the most important company to keep is that of my family and my children. Please allow me to return to them as soon as possible. I don’t need a whole lot of time to fix myself. I need counseling and for you to believe in me, and see that I’m not the monster they paint me to be.

Please understand that I’m human, and I ask you for a second chance.

Respectfully submitted,

Jamel Jones
